Welcome to Telymor. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of telymor.com, including any information, features, tools, products, and services made available through the site (collectively, the “Services”). The store is operated by Telymor and powered by Shopify. By visiting the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked on the site.

1. Eligibility and account use

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or use the Services with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Information you provide must be current, complete, and accurate.

2. Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, colors, dimensions, and images accurately. Screen settings, lighting, and manufacturing tolerances may cause minor differences. Products and quantities may change or become unavailable without notice. We may limit sales by person, household, region, or order where reasonably necessary.

3. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and may change before an order is placed. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or import fees are shown at checkout when available or may be charged by local authorities. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total shown at checkout.

4. Orders

Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or misuse of promotions. If we cancel after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

5. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

You may not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; interfere with site security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy the site in a way that burdens our systems; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; submit false information; or use our content or products for unauthorized commercial resale. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, Telymor, Shopify, or third parties.

The site design, text, graphics, photographs, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to Telymor and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the site for personal shopping. No other rights are granted without written permission.

8. Reviews and other submissions

If you submit a review, photograph, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that submission in connection with the Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Telymor and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. These limitations do not apply where prohibited or to rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Telymor against third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services or material breach of these Terms.

14. Severability, waiver, and assignment

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, reorganization, sale, or transfer of the business.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Telymor is established, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
